ABOUT CARD

THE CARD STORY
HOW CARD STARTED, AND WHO WE ARE
CARD Sports Performance was created from a desire to build something intentional, personal, and athlete-centric.
After years of coaching in different environments, Connor developed a clear vision for what an athlete development program should be. He wanted a space where every athlete feels seen, valued and coached with purpose, not just moved through a workout.
CARD was built to be the best part of an athlete’s day. A place where athletes are challenged mentally and physically, encouraged to compete and supported through every step of the process. Wins are celebrated, obstacles are addressed head-on and progress is never left to guesswork.
Every athlete is different, and at CARD, each athlete is treated as an individual. Training is personalized, progress is tracked and athletes and parents are kept informed so they understand exactly what is being worked on and why.
Above all, CARD was created with the belief that you coach the human first, the athlete second and the competitor last. By addressing movement quality, confidence, and accountability early, athletes are better prepared to perform and grow long-term, both in sport and in life.

THE CARD DIFFERENCE
SEE WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINERS
INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING
Every athlete receives personalized attention. No two athletes move the same, train the same, or progress at the same rate and training at CARD reflects that.
BEYOND THE GYM
The relationship doesn’t end at the door. CARD coaches take pride in supporting athletes beyond training. They'll be there cheering their athletes on at games, meets and competitions whenever possible.
POSITIVE, CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT
CARD is designed to be a place athletes enjoy coming to. Hard work is encouraged, effort is recognized and challenges are embraced.
HUMAN-FIRST DEVELOPMENT
We believe in coaching the person before the performance. Confidence, accountability and mindset are developed alongside speed, strength and power.
PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
All training is tracked and monitored. Athletes and parents receive regular updates so progress is clear, measurable and understood.
MOVEMENT QUALITY COMES FIRST
If something isn’t moving correctly, we address it. Proper mechanics and injury prevention are prioritized before advancing intensity or load.
MORE THAN A TRANSACTION
Training at CARD isn’t just a service, it’s a long-term investment. Athletes gain a coach who is committed to their growth and success well beyond their time in the gym.
